Refund policy

Refunds, plainly.

Credit packs: all sales final

  • Credit packs bought by card are final and can't be refunded, exchanged or cashed out.
  • Exception: billing errors. If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or didn't receive the credits you paid for, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the error to your original payment method.
  • Bid and audition fees are not refunded, even if you don't win the role (see Rules & Terms).

Movies: refunded only if the movie won't play

  • Rentals, purchases, streams and pre-orders are final once bought.
  • If a movie you paid for won't play because of a problem on our side, contact us using "A movie won't play" below. We'll try to fix it first; if we can't, we refund the credits you paid for it to your CrowdCast wallet and remove that movie from your library.
  • Movies are paid for with credits, so movie refunds are returned as credits, not cash.

How refunds affect the cast

  • When a sale is refunded, the cast royalty paid on that sale is reversed, as explained in the Rules & Terms.
